Our Monthly Staff Bonus Scheme is there to reward our staff for exceptional service where we go over and above the call of duty. Nominations are reviewed each month and a decision is made to award either an individual or a group of individuals.
Our exceptional Cleaning Operatives can receive a prize of up to £100 in vouchers by simply being nominated by their client in writing to our Head Office. The successful applicant(s) are also issued with a beautiful certificate, presented to them by a Director from CCM. Our Company recognises exceptional service and wants to reward the individuals concerned.
